Fall My ASS......

Dear Supreme Being that controls the weather, I a very annoyed that tomorrow is the official start of fall and I am still having to deal with temps over 100 degrees. I find it ridiculous that I can still wear shorts and a t-shirt in late September. Can you at least give me capri and a light jacket weather? I would like to open the windows of my home and let the somewhat fresh Arizona air into my house. Plus, why are you making me give APS more of my hard earned money by making me keep the AC running? If I have to hear the weather people on the morning news say that we are above normal one more time, I will lose it. Since the economy is in the tank and my house (which I responsibly still make my mortgage payments on) is worth dick, which means I can't move out of this hell hole, can't you give me some decent, maybe even below normal temps. I want the morning news people to talk about how cold its going to be. Please, Please I am begging you....help me out a little. I really don't ask for much. Sincerely, Snickity

$Finances$

I have to laugh when I hear most people talk about money. It seems that now a days no one has priorities. When did foreclosure become the norm? Or why do people believe they have no other route to go, but short sale their home, but then go to football games? I get that the money is yours and you feel you can do whatever you want with it, but it doesn't seem that you have learned from your previous financial mistakes. If you have can't afford your home anymore, than the money I assume you are not paying the bank should go into savings (or paying off debt, which I am sure you have). I understand people like to "escape" from reality every once in a while, but it doesn't seems appropriate to go to Vegas where you are paying for a room, booze, gambling....etc. I guess I am bitter because I am annoyed that my husband and I are stuck underneath a mortgage that we can't get out from (at least until something either happens with the economy or housing market). Unfortunately my husband and I are extremely honest and responsible when it comes to commitments we have made. We would love to walk away and spend, spend, spend the money we are bringing in, but we actually are paying our mortgage. I wish more people would do the same, then maybe the housing market wouldn't be nearly as bad. Please people, be a little more responsible and maybe our economy wouldn't be in such shambles.
